Me, 38 years ago.
I am thirty-nine today.
For my special day, I get… laundry and a mountain of dishes! Yeah, now don’t you go being getting all jealous of me. I’m thinking of having a party-come on over and grab a dishrag. 😉

I find it funny that there aren’t a lot of people born on May 1st. There are a few famous people who share a birthday with me: Tim McGraw, Ray Parker Jr. and Paul Teuttle Sr.
So Happy Birthday everyone out there who might be celebrating today. It’s supposed to snow later. I didn’t order it, so don’t go blaming me! 😉 Have a Happy Mayday, whatever the weather.

Thanks. It was pretty quiet. My birthday this year is kind of weird since it falls in the middle of the week. We’re just saying that today is the actual birthday and Saturday will be the “observed” birthday.

Oh Sarah! I’m sorry I missed your birthday! I’m always a day late and dollar short! Anyway, I hope you had a productive day. My birthdays always revolve cleaning too! I love the birthday picture from when you were 1!! Did Evil Genius do anything for you? Tell him I’ll track him down if he didn’t!!!
My day was ok, not very interesting. Evil Genius? He did NOT play Sims. Otherwise no. He was in bed pretty early. We’re going to do something Saturday though, I hope!

Thank you Amy! It was cold and miserable weather, I made my own supper and dessert, and drank a lot of Relax riesling. Such a charmed life I lead. Hopefully I will actually get to celebrate tomorrow.
